Australian NBA star Matthew Dellavedova hopes to earn $3.1million after listing his Tudor-style Milwaukee mansion for sale

NBA star Matthew Dellavedova has listed his six-bedroom, three-bathroom mansion in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with a list price of US$2.1 million (A$3.1 million). ).

Built in 1934, the two-story Tudor-style home is located in Shorewood, a village in Milwaukee County, and offers beautiful views of Lake Michigan.

Dellavedova, 32, bought the property in 2016 for US$1.36m – equivalent to around A$2.2m in 2022 – while playing for the Milwaukee Bucks.

The Olympic champion played in the 2021 NBL season for Melbourne United but is now back in the United States to play for the Sacramento Kings, the Herald Sun reports.

Prior to announcing the listing, Dellavedova was renting the completely renovated lakeside home for around US$10,000 (AU$14,800) a month.

The home blends Old World charm with modern styles.

Surrounded by lush half-acre grounds, the mansion faces Lake Michigan, offering water views from every room.

Features of the 395m² area include original stone floors, a dazzling formal dining room and a grand staircase.

There is also a spacious chef’s kitchen including a butcher block, heated floor and breakfast area.

The master bedroom has heated marble flooring, walk-in closets and a his and hers dressing table.

Luxury fittings include a basement sauna and recreation room.

Dellavedova shot to fame after winning an NBA championship while playing with the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2016.

That same year, he played with the Boomers at the Rio Olympics when the Australian team narrowly missed out on bronze after losing to Spain 89-88.
