Former Trump White House strategist Steve Bannon ripped Ron DeSantis on Monday for a ‘snoopy approach’ after the Florida governor included two references to paying a porn star in his comments on a possible indictment of Donald Trump.
Bannon issued a warning to DeSantis during his ‘War Room Pandemic’ podcast, after Trump’s own post about his impending arrest prompted a slew of Republicans to come to his defense and blast Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg for plotting a partisan pursuit.
“Governor DeSantis, you’re better than that,” Bannon said, addressing his words to the potential presidential candidate on the show.
“It was a weasel approach. And don’t meddle with the porn star. No need to hear it from you, okay? No need to hear it, okay? he said, taking a page from Trump, who himself ripped his rival.
