Ted Nugent calls Ukrainian president a ‘queer queer’ at first Trump campaign rally in Waco, Texas
Rocker Ted Nugent kicked off former President Donald Trump’s rally in Waco, Texas on Saturday by observing a minute’s silence for Jan. 6 “political prisoners” and hammering US dollars bound for Ukraine.
He even went so far as to call Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky a “gay crackpot”.
Nugent was tasked with performing the rally’s national anthem – Trump’s first in Texas of the 2024 presidential cycle.
But before playing his electric guitar version of the Star-Spangled Banner, Nugent addressed the crowd, telling them they were the “real America.”
“I’m telling you the whole world sucks and America is catching up, but here in Waco, Texas with the real s**tkickers, it doesn’t suck at all,” Nugent said.

The musician then turned to Trump supporters imprisoned for their part in the January 6 attack on the Capitol.
“How about a prayer for the political prisoners of Washington, D.C., who are victims of thugs kicked by Uncle Sam, who have defied their oath to the Constitution and arrested Americans and denied them rights constitutional,” Nugent said.
He then called for a “minute of silence for political prisoners”.
Afterwards, Nugent said he had some ideas for the country.
“Secure my border!” He shouted.
“Give me my tax money back. I didn’t authorize the killing of babies at Planned Parenthood,” he said. “I want my tax money back. I want my tax money back. I did not authorize giving our military equipment to the Taliban.
“I want my money back,” he continued. “I didn’t authorize money for Ukraine to a homosexual crackpot.”
